Account & Login

You don't need to create a separate account. Simply enter your MTN phone number (starting with 76 or 78) on the login page, and we'll send you an OTP via SMS to verify your identity.
  • Make sure you're using an MTN number starting with 76 or 78
  • Check if your phone has network coverage
  • Wait a few minutes as SMS delivery can sometimes be delayed
  • Try requesting a new OTP
  • Contact our support team if the issue persists
Currently, MTN PLE Fanbox only supports MTN Eswatini phone numbers starting with 76 or 78. This is required for Mobile Money integration and SMS verification.

Voting & Polls

  • Man of the Match (MOTM): Vote for the best player in a specific match (E1.00 per vote)
  • Player of the Month (POM): Monthly player recognition voting (E1.00 per vote)
  • Best Dressed Fan (BDF): Fan photo contest voting (Free, one vote per phone number)
  • BDF Polls: One vote per phone number (free)
  • MOTM/POM Polls: Multiple votes allowed (E1.00 per vote)
Each poll has specific start and end times, so make sure to vote within the active period.
Poll results are updated in real-time and can be viewed immediately after voting. Final results are announced when the poll closes.

Payments & Mobile Money

Payments are processed through MTN Mobile Money. When you vote on a paid poll, you'll receive a MoMo prompt on your phone to authorize the payment. Simply enter your MoMo PIN to complete the transaction.
  • Check your MoMo balance to ensure you have sufficient funds
  • Make sure your MoMo PIN is correct
  • Try the payment again after a few minutes
  • Contact MTN customer service if MoMo issues persist
  • Contact our support team if you were charged but your vote wasn't recorded
Refunds are only processed in cases where payment was successful but the vote was not recorded due to technical issues. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team with your transaction details.

Match Predictions

  • Browse available matches in the Predictions section
  • Pick a market — final score, first team to score, and others — and enter your prediction
  • The amount is set for that market, so there is nothing to choose: you will see it on the button before you confirm
  • Pay with MTN MoMo or from your wallet balance
  • If your prediction is right, you take an equal share of the prize pool alongside every other correct entry
There are no odds. Most matches open with a starting prize pool put up by MTN, and everything paid in on the match is added on top of it, less the platform fee — so the pool grows with every single entry, right up to kick-off. Every correct entry then takes an equal share, which means what you win depends on how big the pool has grown and how many other correct entries there are, not on which outcome you picked. The Prize Pool shown on the match card is always the amount that will actually be paid out.
If no one gets the prediction right, no prize is paid for that match — including the amount MTN put up to start the pool. Entry fees are not refunded, and the prize pool does not carry over to the next match unless MTN says so for a particular fixture. On some matches MTN may announce in advance that the closest prediction wins when nobody is exactly right — where that applies it is stated on the match itself before you enter.
As many as you like. Every prediction is a separate entry at the entry price, and every entry stands on its own — so you can cover several different scorelines, or back the same one more than once. Each correct entry earns a share of the prize pool, so a fan holding two correct entries is paid two shares. Your winnings from one match arrive as a single MoMo transfer. Some matches may set a limit on entries; where one applies it is shown on the match before you pay.
Winnings are sent straight to the MTN MoMo number on your prediction, as soon as the result is confirmed and the match is settled — usually shortly after the final whistle, once the score has been verified. You do not need to claim anything. If a transfer does not reach you, contact support with the match and we will trace it.

Team Donations

  • Go to the Donations section
  • Select your favorite team or player
  • Choose your donation amount (minimum E5.00)
  • Add an optional message of support
  • Complete payment via MoMo
Donations go directly to support the selected team or player. Funds are used for training, equipment, travel expenses, and other team development activities. A small processing fee may apply.
Yes! Each team and player page shows the total amount donated by fans. You can also view your personal donation history in your profile.

Digital Wallet

  • Go to the Wallet section
  • Click "Deposit" or "Add Money"
  • Enter the amount you want to deposit
  • Confirm the MoMo payment on your phone
  • Funds will be available immediately after payment
  • Go to the Wallet section
  • Click "Withdraw" or "Cash Out"
  • Enter the withdrawal amount (minimum E10.00)
  • Confirm the transaction
  • Money will be sent to your MoMo account within 24 hours
  • Deposits: No fees from MTN PLE Fanbox (standard MoMo charges may apply)
  • Withdrawals: E2.00 processing fee per withdrawal
  • Voting and predictions: No additional fees when using wallet balance
